What to Expect

We are glad to be gathering for in-person worship services in the Sanctuary at 9:00 and 10:30 AM.

We will continue to livestream via Facebook or YouTube. Recorded worship services will be posted so you may worship anytime.

You may expect to experience the following during our worship services:

Music

We enjoy a blended style of music on Sunday mornings. You will hear some new songs, some older hymns, and even some old hymns set to new music. Worship at Greentree is a participatory, interactive experience and we invite you to join in as you follow the lyrics on screen.

Prayer

There will be several times of corporate prayer during the Sunday morning service, led by the pastor, an elder or the worship team. You may be invited to spend some time in silent contemplation or confession during a worship service. If you have a particular need or concern, or simply could use some encouragement, our prayer team is available after both services to pray with you or for you.

Message

The teaching time is always rooted in Scripture and seeks to communicate God’s Truth in compelling, relevant ways.

Communion

We take time monthly to celebrate The Lord’s Supper and welcome all Christ-followers to participate in this sacrament of worship and remembrance. During this pandemic, we will provide prepackaged juice and wafers.

Offering

We seek to give generously as an act of worship, obedience, celebration and thanksgiving to the Lord. We do not regularly schedule a time for the offering during the Sunday morning worship service, but you will find “offering churches” inside the two entrances of the sanctuary in which you may put your offering. You can also give online.
