Greentree Community Church not only seeks to impact our local community for Christ, but we also seek to impact our world for Christ.  We recognize that not everyone is able to travel internationally.  But we don’t let that stop our global outreach.  The Greentree Mission Team intentionally partners with missionaries and organizations who equip nationals from the following countries to reach out to their own communities.

Austin and Beverly McCaskill lived in Tirana for 9 years and were very instrumental in obtaining an agreement with the government to recognize the Albanian Evangelical Association as a recognized religion.  They were also active in their local church.  In the fall of 2014 they moved to Berat, Albania to mentor Klodi and Migena who planted a church that is growing.  Austin and Beverly will serve in equipping the believers to form small groups, plant additional churches, lead Bible Studies and be a sounding board for parents and married and couples.

The Micah Project is a non-profit organization in Tegucigalpa, Honduras that has two group homes for young men and boys, an outreach to street children and a variety of other ministries to the neediest people in the city. The young men in our group homes, all of whom spent anguished childhoods on the streets or in impoverished homes, are now learning to become Christian leaders through discipleship, formal education and opportunities to develop their talents by serving others. Our goal is to support these young men as they learn to “act justly, love mercy and walk humbly with their God.” (Micah 6:8)

For several years Rob and Tunde Futo have served their local church through outreach ministries to singles, couples and young families.  They have now formed a team of people to plant a church in partnership with the Magyar Evangeliumi Egyhaz. The M.E.E. is a very small evangelical denomination in Hungary.  It is an alternative to the official Christian Church of Hungary.  Rob and Tunde believe that this denomination offers them more flexibility in reaching out to non-believers through film clubs and other ministries.

    Middle East

Robbie and Joyce Hamd serve as pastor/evangelist/teacher to a church plant in a great middle-eastern city. Our church is small and has people from all over the world who attend. We touch many people’s lives with the gospel. Many of our people come from cross-cultural marriages. We believe that word and deed go hand in hand. That is why part of our ministry is providing food parcels, baby needs, and basic help to those in need.
