The Women's Teaching Ministry gathers women of different ages, backgrounds and stages of life to study God's Word together. Each week we meet in small groups for discussion and hear from a variety of gifted teachers who address the passage of Scripture we are studying. Throughout the year we also share meals together, worship through music, learn from panel discussions and participate in service opportunities.
WTM meets on Thursday mornings from 9:15-11:15 am and Thursday evenings from 7:00-8:30 pm.
The Thursday morning class offers a full preschool program for children 2 through 5 years old, which includes scripture memory, songs, role play and crafts. There is a nursery of loving caregivers for infants up to 2 years. The evening class does not offer childcare.
This year we are studying "Jesus: Prophecy Fulfilled - a Study of Matthew." This study is not exclusively for Greentree women; maybe you have a neighbor or friend who might want to join us. We welcome the seeker, the beginner and the seasoned Bible student. You can join us at any time throughout the year.

One of the best things about spring at Greentree is Spring Storm!
Spring Storm is a weekend camp for 4th, 5th and 6th graders on April 27-29 at Camp Trinity in New Haven Missouri.
This year we have a western theme, WANTED, so mark your calendars and gather up some duds so your people can join our posse. A brochure and all pertinent information will go out in a mailing in the middle of March.
We cannot wait to bring our 4th, 5th and 6th graders together again for opportunities to canoe, fish, play field games and sit around a campfire.

The Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many. Matthew 20:28
2018 marks the 14th year of one of our favorite highlights - 20:28 Serve Our City (Matthew 20:28) - when we have the opportunity to share the love of Christ with our neighbors, the community of Kirkwood and the greater St. Louis area. Below are just a few of the many opportunities we have had to share Christ’s love with others:
- Makeover an apartment for a family coming out of an abused situation
- Planting flowers in front of the Kirkwood Police Station
- Painting several rooms in a foster home
- Serving lunch to the homeless
On Saturday, June 16, friends and family gather at 8:00 AM for prayer on the upper parking lot of Greentree, and then disperse throughout the St. Louis area to SERVE our community. The weekend closes Sunday morning, June 17, 9:30 and 11:00 AM, as we CELEBRATE through worship all God has done.
20:28 projects are funded by generous donations. If you would like to contribute financially with a tax deductible donation, click here or checks may be addressed to Greentree Community Church/memo - 20:28.

Branch Out is Greentree Jr High’s first local missions trip for students in rising 7th and 8th grade. Our students will focus on serving and loving our neighbors right here in the Kirkwood area. It’s a three-day experience where students will stay overnight here at the church and participate in service projects at Greentree, in Kirkwood and in St. Louis. We will also partner with Hope Unlimited to put on a Backyard Bible Club in Meachum Park. Students will have the opportunity to build relationships with our young Meachum Park neighbors through crafts, games, snacks and Bible stories.
